You will: learn from highly skilled and qualified practitioners, build advanced knowledge of the legal, procedural and communication aspects of arbitration, understand the role of Alternative Dispute Resolution within the Australian legal system, benefit from experiential learning, flexible delivery and meaningful industry connections. We deliver our Professional Certificate in Arbitration in two parts: an Introduction to Arbitration and an Advanced Course. It’s best completed over two university semesters with the general course from March to June, and the advanced course from July to October.
