The Bachelor of International Studies is a three-year (or part-time equivalent) degree program which provides students with an interdisciplinary core of courses which provide grounding in the cultural and communicative aspects of globalisation and the world system. Each student completes a major in a language other than English from the wide range of languages taught at UQ and another major with strong international relevance. The program includes overseas exchange study.
