Structure
To qualify for award of the degree, the Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation – Bachelor of Laws, a candidate must successfully complete at least 240 credit points, comprised of:1. All compulsory Law subjects for the Bachelor of Laws (114 credit points);2. 30 credit points of electives from the Bachelor of Laws Elective Law Schedule - see Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) for elective subjects);3. Core subjects for the Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation (96 credit points).
Standard entry requirements
Entry into this course is based on a combination of a written submission (essay), an interview and academic performance. Applicants need to have achieved the required score in a qualification equivalent to the completion of 13 years of schooling in Australia. Assessment of eligibility also involves a written essay and participation in an interview process.In order to succeed in your chosen course, it is assumed you have completed relevant subjects in your senior high school studies or other relevant qualifications.
