Building on the foundations of responsible management, this course emphasises the dynamic interplay between ethical practice, leadership decision making and teamwork for successful project delivery.You will learn the diversity, forms and roles of project management and its uses in organisations. Relevant industry case-based scenarios will be used to develop your critical skills and techniques for managing processes and stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Project Leadership and Management, you may enrol in the Master of Project Management and will be eligible for credit for the 4 subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate. If you meet the additional work experience requirements for the MBA, you will be eligible for credit for 3 subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate. Progression into other master’s programs offered by Sydney Business School may also be possible with some credit.
