Develop advanced skills in training and assessment in this dual diploma designed for experienced vocational trainers. You'll cover four clusters - Delivery/Professional Development, Design of Programs, Quality Assessments and Evaluation/e-Learning. You'll gain experience in creating and delivering engaging course materials, evaluating training programs and you'll graduate equipped with the skills and knowledge to work either within a training organisation or as an independent trainer.
Structure
To undertake the Dual Diploma you will need to complete 11 Units of Competency. Units are delivered in clusters across 52 weeks, grouped together by topic.
Standard entry requirements
A TAE40116, Certificate IV in TAE is required. At the time of undertaking the course, candidates must show evidence of being employed and working at a RTO where they are able to complete 100 hours of practical experience.
