This program is an introduction to information technology. The course offers graduates from any discipline the opportunity to gain basic knowledge and skills in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The duration of the course is one semester full-time, or equivalent in part-time. The course addresses core areas of the Skills Framework for the Information Age. On completion, together with the knowledge and skills from the other disciplines of the student, a GCIT graduate has broad employment prospects.
