This four-hour professional-development workshop is suitable for anyone seeking to understand the concept and elements of emotional intelligence. Individuals from any industry, job role, community organisation or sporting group are encouraged to join.

Structure

People are emotional beings and our decisions and actions are often based on emotion. This workshop will assist participants in gaining a greater awareness of their emotions and those of others, and provide them with strategies to effectively manage these emotions. This will result in a greater understanding of self and others, more effective relationships, better decision making and greater levels of resilience.
