During this program students will work in partnership with a number of women (and their families) during their pregnancy, labour and birth and the early post-birth weeks to provide effective woman-centred care. Integrated throughout will be placements in a range of health facilities and community settings. In addition students will gain practical experience in a range of maternity-related community and hospital settings. Practice placement will occur across the calendar year.International students cannot apply for this course.
