For the first time, RMIT is awarded five stars for Learner Engagement in The Good Universities Guide. 67 per cent of students surveyed at RMIT rated the quality and frequency of their interactions with RMIT positively. Learner Engagement also offers an indication of students' sense of belonging to an institution. No other Victorian university was rated as highly for Learner Engagement and no other Victorian university achieves five stars in this measure.
New field of study analysis in the latest edition of The Good Universities Guide indicates that 95.7 per cent of students enrolled in environmental studies at RMIT are satisfied with the overall quality of their educational experience — the Guide reveals that this is the highest result for Overall Experience in this field of study in Australia.
Five-star field of study highlights
RMIT's main strength lies in its Learner Engagement, with graduate scores in six fields of study rating it five stars. RMIT achieved two or more five-star ratings in agriculture and environmental studies, creative arts and teacher education.
