The University of New England has again been awarded five stars across multiple categories in the 2018 edition of The Good Universities Guide. University of New England is awarded five stars in five of six key measures of student experience, five stars for Full-Time Employment and five stars for Starting Salary. No other university achieved five stars across this combination of ratings, indicating that the University of New England is among the highest performing universities for student experience and graduate employment outcomes.

Key insights:

University of New England business and management graduates are the highest earning and best paid graduates in their field nationally. 89.2 per cent find employment with a Starting Salary of $65,000 higher than any other university graduates in business and management.

University of New England also leads for Student Support in architecture and building, and offers the highest Starting Salary for law and paralegal studies, and psychology fields.

Five-star field of study highlights

The University of New England was particularly strong in the student experience measure of Student Support, however it also achieved five stars for the graduate outcomes measures Full-Time Employment and Starting Salary seven times each across the various fields of study. It is a three-way tie at the top between architecture and building, business and management, and humanities, culture and social sciences, with UNE posting five-star results in five measures for each.
